Payment Options

• We only accept Online Payments for court bookings.
• You can pay using your Credit / Debit cards, Net banking, UPI and other allowed modes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 12 hours before the start time.
• 50% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 6 hours before the start time.
• 3% of the booking amount will be charged as bank charge, in addition to the cancellation charge mentioned above.
• In case of split payment bookings the refund charges will be calculated on the basis of the entire slot price and not the paid amount.

Global Sports Pickleball (GSP) reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without any prior notice.
